Beef/Hog Drop-Off Instructions
Beef and Hogs are processed by appointment only on Mondays and Wednesdays every week, with limited dates available during the month of November due to deer season. Make appointments by calling (417) 232-4401. Please plan accordingly as we are booked weeks ahead of time.
Your animal can be dropped off between 7:00 – 8:30 a.m. the day of your appointment or you can call if you need to make other arrangements. A clipboard will be available to write your personal information and description of your animal.
You need to call with your cutting instructions within 24 hours of drop-off or print & fill out a form and bring it in with you.
We will call you when your order is ready for pick-up.
