For
many years the Frickenschmidt family has been serving southwest
Missouri's meat processing needs. Over those years the popularity of
our beef jerky grew so great, we decided to build a second
USDA-licensed facility next door to the original Lockwood Packing
Co. devoted exclusively to beef jerky production. In 2006
Frickenschmidt Foods and Ozark Mountain Beef Jerky was born.
